Healing begins by returning to our nature. The Earthborn Healing House is a grounding space in Ithaca, NY, offering energy restoration, somatic meditation, and doula support that nurture rest, presence, and connection. Sessions are available in person and virtually.

Offerings:

First time clients receive a journal to support personal reflection before, after, and between sessions.

  • Settle onto the massage table, wrapped in 100% organic cotton sheets and held in a quiet, candlelit space. Somatic Meditation is a guided practice of listening to and communicating with the wisdom of the body. Through mindful awareness, breath, grounding, and compassionate presence, you are invited to deepen self-understanding and cultivate a greater sense of ease within yourself.

    This practice supports embodiment, self-trust, and connection to the present moment.

Through gentle hands-above energy work, you are supported in reconnecting with your natural state of balance and well-being.

    Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.

  • I am currently completing my Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) training. As a DONA-trained Lactation Educator, I provide education, encouragement, and basic breastfeeding support for families navigating their feeding journey.

    I am available to share resources, answer common questions, and connect families with additional lactation professionals and community support when needed.

  • As a DONA-trained doula, I provide nonjudgmental emotional, informational, and practical support through the many transitions of reproductive life. Whether you are preparing for birth, navigating pregnancy options, processing a past experience, or seeking postpartum support, I offer compassionate care centered on your unique needs and choices.

    Support may include:

    • Birth planning and preparation

    • Birth support

    • Birth story processing

    • Fertility awareness education

    • Contraception options and information

    • Postpartum support

    • Abortion support

    • Miscarriage and pregnancy loss support

    • Resource navigation and referrals

  • Whether your work involves supporting individuals, families, communities, or clients, the act of caring for others asks much of the mind, body, and spirit.

    Over time, it’s easy to carry the weight of others while placing your own needs aside. And yet, we are often most resourced in our work when we are also resourced within ourselves.

    Earthborn Healing House offers a place to reconnect with yourself through embodied and restorative practices that support regulation, reflection, and renewal.

    Because those who hold others deserve to be held, too.

Through Earthborn Collective, I hold you through birth, create spaces for rest, reflection, support, and reconnection. Much of this work is an invitation for people to listen inward and trust their natural wisdom.
